A Job is one of many roles a drifter plays during the course of their adventures.

Job Bonus

Each job allows grants you a Job Bonus (JB), based on the job's level, to succeed in actions that are related to that job:

Skills

Each job also automatically grants Rank 1 in certain skills.

Selecting Jobs

You begin with 3,000 XP to spend on obtaining levels in various jobs. The amount of XP to gain another level in a Job increases with each job level.

Mage

A student of esoteric knowledge.

Job Skills: Monster Knowledge, Enhance Sorcery: Words of Power, Bonus Sorcery: Words of Power, Magical Talent

Priest

A religious zealot of a god or deity.
Job Bonus Actions: Sorceries using Miracles, First Aid, Monster Knowledge, Worship, Theology, Knowledge checks relating to chosen god/deity
Job Skills: Monster Knowledge, Enhance Sorcery: Miracles, Magical Talent, Faith: (from any followed religion or cult)

Warrior

A fighter trained in all manner of melee weapon combat and defense.
Job Bonus Actions: Melee Attack, Dodge, Block
Job Skills: Weapons: (One-Handed Swords, Two-Handed Swords, Axes, Spears, or Maces), Guard, Provoke
