Skills
Skills can grant bonuses to checks or extra abilities.
How high a skill's rank can be is determined by your level.
- At first level, a drifter may only have Rank 1 skills.

There are two types of skills: Job Skills and General Skills
Job Skills: Pertain to a specific job, requiring more time spent training. Can be Rank 1 through Rank 5.
Job skills are divided into the following categories:
- Any Job
- Martial Jobs
- Sorcery Jobs
General Skills: Skills that nearly anyone can learn. Can be Rank 1 through Rank 3.
Skills can be increased in rank using Skill Points (SP) which represent the amount of time and effort it takes to learn or master a skill.
